Useful information
- Upon arrival, please report to the Janský Dvůr central reception, where you will present your ID card and the Reservation Confirmation, which we will send to you after payment of the advance invoice.
- The reception staff will provide you with further information about your stay here.
- Address for navigation – Janský Dvůr 38, Janské Lázně.
- The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2:00 p.m.
- On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. with the possibility of storing your luggage at the reception in Janské Dvůr.
- Staying with dogs and other animals is not possible in spa hotels and annexes.
- Smoking is not allowed in the spa area and in all indoor areas of the spa houses.
- No insurance is included in the price of the stay.
