Upon arrival at the accommodation you will receive a chip card to enter the room and a chip watch to the aqua center, or parking key to the parking gate. Upon departure, you will hand them in at the reception in Janský Dvůr. If a loss occurs, the client is obliged to pay the spa a fee of CZK 100 for each lost item.
